All popular password managers (LastPass, 1Password, Dashlane, Bitwarden) offer the ability to import passwords from the Chrome browser. All you have to do is import the generated CSV file from Chrome.

First, we open the Chrome browser on your computer. Then we click on our profile icon from the toolbar and then select the Passwords button. Alternatively, you can enter a path (chrome://settings/passwords) into the URL bar and hit the Enter or Return key.

  2. From the pop-up window, click the (Export Passwords) button.
  3. Your computer may ask you to authenticate your identity using the password or PIN associated with your Windows 10 or Mac user account. Enter the password and click the OK button.
  4. Choose the destination for the CSV file and click the Save button.

Once you've downloaded the file, you'll find it in your computer's file system (Windows Explorer or Finder). You can now easily import your CSV file into a password manager like Bitwarden.

  2. From the Privacy and Security section, select the Clear Browsing Data option.
  3. Go to the (Advanced) tab and from the drop-down list (Time Range), select an option (All-Time).
  4. Scroll down and check the option (Passwords and Other Sign-In Data). Click the Clear Data button.
  5. All passwords saved in Chrome will be deleted directly and in your Google account.
